IN 1997,NewLand tried its own way to produce mute bearings;
IN 1999, on the basis of learing the latest bearing design & production technology of the world.Newland adn procured the high-quality production materials and MRO materials in the global range.After 3 years' effort,Newland mute bearings were accepted by customers,becoming one of the earliest manufacturers in China for this bearing,changing the situation that the mule bearings for home appliances totally depended on imported ones before.
In 2000,when the consistent quality becomes available,NewLand raised the aim of lean manufacturing.NewLand improved their manufacturing process in many aspects,shortened the manufacturing procedure,and picked some production lines specially for 6201 adn 608.At this time NewLand's advantage which is better than other bearing manufactures is gradually becoming obvious .Now the domestic appliances manufacturers have used China-made mute bearings in large quantity,and NewLand bearings have certainly occupied considerable market share for motor of home appliances industry of automatic washing machines adn kitchen ventilator,etc.
In November 2000,NewLand passed ISO9002 system certifcation.
In2002,in order to meet the increasing market demand,NewLand enlarged the production scale and continued to improve the manufacturing process of mute bearings.NewLand's target was to produce world-level bearings and develop their business in international market.
In 2002,NewLand cooperated with Luoyang Bearing Research Technology Co.,Ltd,working together to edit National Technical Specifications for peak acceleration value of deep-groove ball bearings.
