2.High-speed
and high temperature resistant bearing series
In 1998, the trend that manufacturing jobs of the world was
moving to China was basically formed.Chinese Vacuum cleaner manufacturers
owned 1/3 of the global market in form of OEM.In addition,as the
world-famous multinationals such as Bosch,Makita and Black &
Decker established plants in China,China became largest production
base of power tools in the world.
In view of the demands of customers vacuum cleaner and power tool,
NewLand started the trial of producing high-speed and high-temperature
resistance bearings and established their own motor test room.Besides
and analysis again for products design and process control,NewLand
spent much time and cost on selecting materials again and trial
of production.
In February 1999,the high-speed and high-temperature
bearings which Newland specially produced for power tool began to
be applied in power tools with rotation speed of over 10000v/min.
In June 1999,NewLand further optimized the design
of product structure and produced bearings which were specially
suitable for power tools of higher rotation speed, higher temperature
and higher load.Meanwhile,NewLand began to supply this bearing to
the Chinese JV plants of many renowned multinationals.
In December 2000,in the test room of NewLand,608zz
bearings passed long-life test of 800 hours and 40000 turns on the
motors of vacuum cleaners.
In August 2001,608zz bearings passed life test
at many customers,and NewLand began to make trial mass production.
In November 2001,Newland successively supplied
this bearing to many vacuum cleaner manufacturers,used special production
line for this bearing, which greatly reduce the cost and advantage
of manufacturing cost became gradually obvious.
